At Z3 Finds, we stand behind every item we sell. Our Z3 Precision Check™ process ensures that each product is accurately described and graded before it reaches you. We want you to shop with complete confidence.
Our Commitment
We take great care to photograph and describe every item honestly, including any flaws or signs of wear. If your item arrives exactly as described and pictured, it is considered a final sale. However, if something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The item received is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong item, undisclosed damage, or incorrect condition grade).
- The item arrives damaged in transit.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos documenting the issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@z3finds.com or use our Contact page within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Final Sale Items
Items graded as Value – Cosmetic Damage, Value – Missing Accessories, Value – Parts Missing, or Value – Sold As-Is under our Z3 Precision Check™ system are final sale unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described.
