Shipping and Pickup Policy
At Z3 Finds, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and exactly as described. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and our local pickup options.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers including Canada Post and other regional couriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Ontario: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 4–8 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Estimated delivery times for the US are 5–10 business days.
If you're located outside of Canada or the US and are interested in purchasing, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers in our area. If you'd like to pick up your order in person, select the local pickup option at checkout. We'll send you a notification when your order is ready, typically within 1 business day.
Pickup is by appointment only. Please wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Packaging
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us. We use appropriate protective materials for all shipments, especially for fragile or high-value items.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
