The 8-Stage Process

1. Received & Logged — Each item is checked in and assigned a unique record.
2. Inspection — A specialist examines condition inside and out.
3. Functional Verification — Powered on and tested against its core functions.
4. Accessory Verification — Every included part is confirmed and catalogued.
5. Condition Assessment — Graded on the Z3 Precision Check™ scale.
6. Real Product Photography — Photographed as-is — the exact item you receive.
7. Listing Verification — Details and grade reviewed for accuracy.
8. Final Quality Check — A last sign-off before it goes live.

The Z3 Grading System

Every product is assigned one of eight grades. Colors represent confidence, not defects.

• 🟢 Z3 Grade: Brand New (Sealed) — Factory sealed, never opened.
• 🟡 Z3 Grade: Open Box – Unused — Box opened, never used. All parts confirmed present.
• 🟡 Z3 Grade: Open Box – Lightly Used — Minimal use. Verified working and complete.
• 🟠 Z3 Grade: Inspected & Tested — Previously used, normal wear. Fully functional and verified.
• 🟤 Z3 Grade: Value – Cosmetic Damage — Scratches or dents. Fully functional, priced to reflect condition.
• 🟤 Z3 Grade: Value – Missing Accessories — Main item works. Minor parts or packaging missing.
• 🟤 Z3 Grade: Value – Parts Missing — Functional but notable components absent. Exact parts disclosed.
• 🟤 Z3 Grade: Value – Sold As-Is — Final sale. Buyer receives exactly what is disclosed.

There is no red in the Z3 system. Colors represent confidence levels — never defects.
